• MINNA AIRPORT SAPZ (13,000 ha), TAGWAI DAM (300 ha): Agro-Industrial Hub, Automatic Glass Green House, Commodity Market, Dairy Farm, Meat/Abbattoir and International Cargo Airport.
• MOKWA SAPZ (64,800 ha): Sunti - (15,000 ha), Rabba 1 - (15,000 ha), Rabba 2 - (5,000 ha), Mararaba - (4,800 ha), Agrucultural Transformation Centres (ATC), Maize Farm, Sugarcane, Rice Farm, Cassava Farm and Cattle Ranch&Feedlot - (25,000 ha).
• TAKUPARA, LAPAI SAPZ (36,300 ha): Agricultural Transformation Centres (ATC), Maize Farm, Sugarcane, Rice Farm, Cassava Farm, Cattle Ranch and Feedlot.
• AGAIE SAPZ (30,000 ha), BADEGGI - (30,000 ha): Agrucultural Transformation Centres (ATC), Maize Farm, Sugarcane,Rice Farm, Dairy Farm, Cattle Ranch and Feedlot.
